Each response is custom-created based on the question you submit.
As this is a personalized educational service, cancellations and refunds are limited.

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Payment is requested only after we confirm that your answer is ready.

  • Once payment is completed through Razorpay or UPI, your verified answer will be sent via WhatsApp or another approved channel.

  • A payment confirmation message will be shared after successful transaction.

3. Refund Policy

Since our service delivers digital educational content, refunds are not possible once the answer is delivered.

Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Technical issue where payment was deducted but the service was not received.

  • Wrong amount charged due to a system error.

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of payment.
If the claim is valid, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your question request before we confirm that your answer is ready.

  • Once the answer is confirmed or delivered, cancellation is not possible.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations after answer delivery.

5. Delivery Policy

Answers are typically delivered within a few hours to one day, depending on question complexity.
Delivery time may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.
